Payment

 

Glitterbeads acceps payments via the safe and secure paypal. In order to purchase an item you will need a paypal account. If you would like to make payment by cheque please contact us before placing an order. Items will only be dispatched once all funds have been cleared.

Delivery

 

Delivery is charged per item at the checkout and is specified accordingly. For the tiaras there is a set postage and packaging charge of £4.50 per tiara, £2.50 for necklaces and £1.60 for earrings, bracelets, bookmarks and hair combs/pins/slides and £2.99 for watches .

Tiaras are sent by recorded delivery and all other orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class, unless otherwise specified.  If you need anything posted by Special delivery, please contact me for details.

Please allow 10-14 days when placing an order for a tiara or hair comb as they are made to order. If you require an order urgently or have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us prior to making a purchase.

All other items will normally be dispatched within 3-5 working days; if this is not possible you will be notified immedietly via email.

Currently Glitterbeads only delivers in the UK. If you would like items to be delieved in other countries please contact us.

Returns

 

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please contact me for return details within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are given to items returned in their original packaging, minus postage.  The cost of return postage is entirely the responsibility of the customer. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the item reaches me and in its perfect condition.

Custom designs are not refunded or partially refunded. This is because every custom design is a personal requirement. Unfortunately Earrings can not be refunded due to hygiene reasons.

All necessary Care is taken to ensure that items arrive to you in perfect condition if however there are any damages or incorrect items, Please contact us within 7 days of receipt. For damaged items an exchange or a full refund will be offered including potage and packaging for the return.

 

Jewellery Care

 

Silver plated and Gold plated jewellery and silver wire will tarnish with time and wear. It is good to polish it frequently with a soft dry cloth to avoid tarnish.
To keep the condition of your jewellery looking new, always remove when showering, swimming or when undertaking manual or domestic work. Avoid contact with perfume, chemicals,deodorant etc.

Also I  recommend you protect your silver  jewellery by storing it in a dry, cool place and keeping individual pieces separate to avoid scratching.
